Our whole experience was great, can just recommend. We were moved to a queen room with a lil murky and fridge, for instance. Had a microwave oven and a refrigerator at our disposal.

Stayed in a nice size queen room with a lil murky and fridge, as example. The location was favourable and excellent, close enough to the restaurant and other tourist attractions and Niagara Falls and stores and easily accessible. Furthermore, very close to everything.

The room was big and updated with 2 beds, I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was nice hot as expected with the waffle station, sausage and potatoes.

All in all - had a great 1 night stay. The room I got was neat and brand-new with a huge renovation bathroom, fridge, as example. The breakfast selection was good hot with waffle mix, potatoes and sausage.

Disappointing aspect was very bad bathroom.

I appreciated the family atmosphere. The breakfast was warm with the waffle station, potatoes, sausage, exceptionally nice staff. The rooms were good value for money and the location was incredible on the lake. It was also adjacent to other stores in the area, and outlet mall.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a business traveler like myself. It was close to the outlet mall, which was great for some retail therapy after a long day of work. Additionally, it was conveniently located near Canada One Outlet and other stores in the area, making it easy to find everything I needed. There were also several nice restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dinner meetings.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. The air conditioning unit in the room was not functioning properly, which made the temperature uncomfortable at times.

The hotel is conveniently located close to an outlet mall, stores, and restaurants. The small breakfast area was always busy, but the staff member did a good job keeping up. The WEGO bus, located just outside the hotel, provided convenient transportation to various destinations.

Everything great.

Will be back on our next trip to Niagara Falls.
